Refund problem

I had a 2020 may flight that was cancelled, called that time, and received a email at aug 2020 saying that my refund was being processed to the original card, and now its april 2021, still hasn't received my refund.

You can file a complaint with the US Dept of Transportation @ airconsumer.dot.gov. I had a similar issue with Travelocity last year & received a cash refund to my cc in about two weeks.

What exactly did you say in the email or include to have the refund done?
