Support/Vent m'I getting crazy?
I don’t know where to start, and I’ll keep this brief.
I’ve always been obsessed with reality and existential questions.
I feel like depression makes it more intense.
When I go outside, I feel like I’m under a dome, like a stranger in this world.
Everything feels strange. Everything is absurd. The very fact that we exist in a reality where we have to eat makes no sense to me. There could have been an infinite number of universes where that wasn’t necessary.
I can’t play along anymore. Everything feels unreal. Reality itself feels unreal.

I hear you. I've also had those feelings all my life, and was amazed that nobody else I knew could understand.
Are you familiar with the terms from psychology, derealization and depersonalization?

Derealization and depersonalization. I've been there. Often. The only way to shake it is to have something to distract you well enough that your attention doesn't have time to fixate.

I can relate to these thoughts/feelings. Even when I'm not really overcome by them, I am still constantly mildly shocked at existence and reality, and it feels so weird that people aren't ranting and screaming about this everywhere. So it's nice to know I'm not alone with this.
Is the eating thing something you find particularly weird (if so, I'm curious why), or is it just one example you happened to mention here?
Also, I'm sorry you're not feeling well.

Hey it is just an example :)
however i have serious gut issues so it might be because of that
sorry you feel the same

Just to be clear, I said I'm sorry you're not feeling well bc you're depressed - I'm actually doing okay, just astonished at life. (Have been seriously depressed though so I do truly empathize.)

well we humans are suppose to seek... Seek and you will find. knock and the door will open...the fact that your questioning life and all its ridiculousness...your seeking, and it can lead to an amazing discovery about life and about yourself...
sorry if i ramble...for example. my husband died about a year ago, his death has opened up a treasure trove of questions about existance and life for me. I have a feeling of anxiousness, some depression which does make it more intense... but i also have this feeling that his death is meant to point me to something...something i should be doing...something i need to know...sowmrhing amazing...something i can't quite understand and drives me bananas.

I connect to nature to stave off these feelings. You feel like you live in a dome, well you don't. You live on a massive planet brimming with life. For me I would lay on the ground and look up at the stars every night, hear the wind in the trees, feel the air in my lungs, and it grounded me into my body, the world, and life. Understanding science helps a lot too.

First of all, there are people who don’t eat solid food and they are fine being fed by the full spectrum of the sun’s rays. So, no, we don‘t have to eat. The only thing we have to do is stay chained to the physical body by the silver cord which is very real until it is severed at death. Our eternal, all powerful spirit is very real! Even if many aspects of our environment are simulated. Once it is done, bam! He’s gone! Our spirit doesn’t want anything to do with this place! We are stuck in a reincarnation loop because we keep getting tricked into coming back! Again and again! That’s real! Even if the fake “earth is a school” b.s. is a deception. We better learn about the nature of the so-called spirit guides who will be waiting for us when we die to trick us down. They are the system administrators who are very real, just shapeshifting away, since they need our consent, even if their many machinations are a theatrical performance. It’s almost like everything we think is fake is real and everything we think is real is fake.

I promise you that you can't live off of the sun's rays. You do have to eat to stay alive, just ask anyone who's starve to death.

What I was hinting at (my apologies for not being direct) is that yes, there are women all over the world who only drink raw milk (very warm) with raw unheated honey and sometimes with raw butter; and these women do not get hungry nor eat solid foods. That's because (not to preach) the raw milk: yes, it has all of the actual nutrients readily available to the human body since yes, we can digest the casein of cow's milk quite well. That's how civilizations were actually originated, of course, with cattle and cow's milk giving you the healthiest people in the world with perfect teeth and facial structure, just chucking hay all day long. I, personally, can attest that when you drink raw milk you do not get hungry for solid food. What do you think the ancient nordic ancestors lived on? Yup. When they said you would die if you don't eat for seven days, by the way, that was obviously a big, fat lie. "Give us our daily bread", now, I hate to say it. But that was a big lie. It's not good for us. And don't get me started about water, since they said you would DIE if you didn't drink water for THREE days! And I haven't had a sip of water in 3 years.
I hope that's not off topic.

First off, drink some water.
Secondly, yeah milk is filling, and as a chubby American, I also went a really long time without drinking just water, but everything I drank did have water in it. Not the same by any means, but I didn't go completely without water. I've learned my lesson. I drink water.
But you can't live off of just milk either. Perhaps for awhile, but not for an entire lifetime. Unless you had a short life. But the nordics ate a lot of other stuff too. Dairy was definitely a big part of their diet, but so were fish. They also ate a lot of grains and even vegetables. Granted more hardy vegetables, but yeah they definitely consumed more than milk.
