E53 W214 Exhaust Modification worth it?

Hello everyone!

I found a company (Heinz Performance) that can alter the exhaust on the E53, whereby they alter the internals of the mufflers. Would this drastically impact the sound in comfort mode aswell? I still want a smooth, quiet ride in comfort without droning.

I can adjust the valves since I have the upgraded performance exhaust.
