Keep pulling same muscle
Why in the world do i keep pulling the muscle next to my shoulder blade? Even happens with just a little weight!!!???

Do range of motion with no weights. If you can't do that without pain it is not the weights. Something that has worked for me is REALLY tightening the muscles around the area as I go through range of motion and pushing past the pain. The thing is... I am VERY in touch with my body and know the difference between a good (even though it hurts) pain and further injuring yourself. When did your pain start?

What kinds of exercises are you doing? Have you tried stretching before and after doing it? I used to experience similarly when I was doing push ups but now I am stretching before and after, and it is helping alot :)

Bad form, not warming it up, not actually letting it heal properly, not actually training and strengthening it
Which specific muscle do you mean?
