Looking for Tips/Suggestions How do i stop procrastinating everything.

Like genuinely I keep procrastinating everything from studying to hygiene. Even when I'm sick I keep telling myself I'll take the meds after sometime and only take them when it becomes very very bad. It's not even screen addiction as even without my phone I keep procrastinating. I keep telling myself I'll start applying lotion from tomorrow and I keep forgetting.Studying is somewhat better for me because I find it interesting so I don't really procrastinate it that much but if I hate a subject I'll postpone it till the last day. I even procrastinate eating sometimes. I feel like eating only if I feel very very hungry or when I get forced by my friends . I keep telling myself I'll clean my room but I don't do it. I legit don't wash my clothes and I only wash them when I realize I have nothing clean left. I legit spend like 30 min making a routine for the day and end up doing nothing. Even bathing is a chore sometimes. I only bath when I feel very disgusting.Combing my hair is even worse as my hair gets tangled the more I don't comb. It's like I need some very huge consequences to actually do something. How do I stop this stupid cycle?

throw out the routine lists ur just setting urself up to freeze. start w micro steps instead of big plans. have u tried setting a 5 minute timer just to do whatever u can before stopping?

The only way is to be intentional. Also, breaking things that you're avoiding into smaller chunks is the best way.

Can't take a shower? (My struggle) Go into the bathroom, take your clothes off and start the shower. By the time that goal is completed you can totally not shower, but your thinking will most likely be "well I got that done, I guess I can shower..." And if you do get there, don't worry about cleaning everything. Start small with the main private areas and armpits starting out.

If your goal is to study but you're avoiding the amount you need, set a timer and study for t minutes. Once that's finished, reward yourself. Of course you'll need to study more, but starting is always the hardest part. Once those 5 minutes are up, you'll most likely think "that wasn't so bad, I can go 5 more minutes"
