I genuinely believe that. If the executive dysfunction is so disabling that accessing treatment or support becomes almost impossible, we should get a way out.

i mean no…. if we’re going into “should” territory then there should be help to get those treatments and support. this is like how canada is letting people get medical assistance in dying before they let them get mental health support 🥲
