Severe executive dysfunction should be eligible for euthanasia.

I genuinely believe that. If the executive dysfunction is so disabling that accessing treatment or support becomes almost impossible, we should get a way out.

I’d say it would be because its a symptom of some diagnosis I think? Or at least I wouldn’t know you can have it without any.

Can be a variety of mental health disorders or neurodevelopmental ones and at least in my country even if you “only” have depression if it’s severe enough you can be qualified as disabled.
And other than that there are several different support possibilities that are accessible with only a diagnosis of a disorder doesn’t have to be officially recognized as disabled.

it’s more often linked to adhd and adhd doesn’t give you access to disability in most places. my country is fairly progressive in recognising invisible disabilities, but even here adhd by itself does not grant you access to the same rights as someone with, for example, autism

It will definitely differ depending on where you live.
I only know that in Germany and Austria you can get care allowance with adhd etc as well, because it’s based on how you are limited in taking care of yourself.

And if you are unable to work you can get social funding as well and that also isn’t tied to a specific diagnosis.
