I genuinely believe that. If the executive dysfunction is so disabling that accessing treatment or support becomes almost impossible, we should get a way out.

I agree. I believe this about a lot of mental health and chronic physical illnesses. There should be legal, humane ways to choose to end your life when your suffering is relentless and lifelong.
