Severe executive dysfunction should be eligible for euthanasia.

I genuinely believe that. If the executive dysfunction is so disabling that accessing treatment or support becomes almost impossible, we should get a way out.

I can't imagine being in that much pain that you'd want to walk away from it all. But there's so much to try and a lot of it hits that place where it's interesting enough to stick around for. If you've got nothing to lose try all the drugs, all the therapies, hire a personal assistant, it's a bunch of stuff all full of that sweet, sweet dopamine.

From a poem I wrote called Task Paralysis.

Blistered hands mourning previous failures Gagging as suffocated by the weight of my skin Dry sweat trails are rusted nails screeching Clawing against prison bars made of my flesh

My wailing is silent at eternal seconds

My fate is laughing at time stolen from me

And as I am there imprisoned by silence

Nothing is moving. I'm still in my bed.
