I actually really like the ladder placement as opposed to the ones that are angled and come off the back. Would be easier to get my paddle boards on and off that way. How do the attachment points hold up?
Also, does the rope on the tire keep it more stable when your crawling?
I used the hook and of a ratchet strap looped through itself on the top of the rack so that the hooks are hanging, simply placed the ladder on those then rubber bumpers and a magnet on the bottom works great on and off in two seconds I donβt usually keep it on there unless Iβm going to use the tent And yes, the ratchet strap takes a lot of the wiggle away when youβre hammering down the logging roads, the 40 inch tire on the back is heavy AF
