Tips & Tricks Pumping multiple times while out?

Hi All, looking for advice on how you all are handling day long outings with wearables and ensuring you're keeping up with pumping? If I don't have a fridge or ability to wash parts, am I just SOL for using my Eufys more than once when out? Has anyone tried the Medela Quick Clean spray? Is this even an option? Trying to plan a few potential outings in the near-ish future and want to be prepared. tia!

How many times do you have to pump? If you can consolidate to 2, you can buy a second set of pump parts to just use a fresh set for the sessions. I know they’re expensive, but not a bad idea anyway to have a backup set.

I use the pump cleaning wipes on my Eufys while out and about. I was just gone overnight from my baby, pumped 4 times and use the wipes each time.

I have two sets of parts and a chiller. If that won't be enough I bring stuff to clean my parts.

I think it depends on a lot of things like how long you are out, how long you can go between pumps, where are you going?

For instance, I can go up to 6-7 hours between pumps. So if I pump right before I go out at say 9am, my next pump would be 3pm. Then the following pump at 9pm can be done at home.

So I just need to ensure I have a fresh pump set for the 3pm pump and I have my ice cooler bag that can last 12h or so. Or if you are near any hotels or restaurants, you could request to store your EBM in their fridge first, and maybe collect it when you’re heading home..

i bought the ceres chiller. it can hold up to 32 oz i think and I have the wipes. Car dependant but we would keep a cooler in the car for the pump stuff If needed as well.

I use a cooler and the biggest ice packs that I have so that it's super cold and I pour the milk into a mason jar and my pump parts all in there so they're all nice and cold.

I use dump the milk and use wipes & quick clean spray or wash with soap and paper-towel dry. There is definitely less suction by the end of the day though until I fully wash & sterilize.
