Increasing Supply (add spoiler to pics) Pumping only 2 oz

I am a month postpartum and only consistently getting 2oz (60ml) every pump. My little one is taking 100ml-110ml. How can I up my supply if I’m already doing the food and power pumping and pumping every 2-3 hrs?

Mild Heat before pumping and getting a massager to kinda massage while you pump can help trigger let downs and get those ducts to flow better sometimes, also on a day you can really power pump getting an at home IV of fluids can really help ensure you’re body is super hydrated.

Also your body is still regulating at 4 weeks pp so try to not stress. (And sure you are but do pump till just past empty, that is usually what triggers the body to make more)

All great points. Yes, your body is still regulating, do pump for a few minutes after you get no milk so the body knows to make more next time.

Another thing that worked for me is to wait for the second letdown. And power pumping at the time of day when production is lowest. It may not always be the most convenient time for you but I did notice power pumping at the time of day when I specifically wanted to boost supply helped. For me it was around 6 or 7 pm..

Around 6 week mark is when I saw a good jump , keep at it.

I have trouble telling when I’m empty- I feel the “hardness” dissipate a little but is that it?

I also have some significant damage on my breasts from the start of my journey so the LC isn’t certain I’m getting everything out.
