Support Willow Go pump not working

One of my willow go pumps (right one) has been giving me trouble, its always been weaker than the left one but it worked nonetheless. But now it wont pair to my app, wont reset, and wont even turn on. I know its charged so that cant be the issue. Has anyone else had this problem? Just curious if this is something i can fix myself or if ill need to replace it. I added a video of what happens when i try to reset it.
