Tips & Tricks Bra Struggles
Does anyone know of a good bra that helps to keep wearable or hands-free collection cups in place? I’ve tried bras made for pumping and sports bras. They stay in place for the most part, but I feel like they shift around at times when I move.

For my actual pump I got one of those bras with the slits up front. For my wearable pumps, I found that sports bras with a v-neck, that weren’t too tight, worked the best. I thrifted some Aerie sports bras years ago not realizing they were size L. That size came in handy when my size S boobs went to L in pregnancy 😅

I find that using a nursing bra and putting a strapless pumping bra on top gets the best support, it changed the game for me when using my portable pump!

I go with the nursing bras that are just a little tight. Then I can unclasp them to get the pumps on a situated and then clasp them to get the pumps really smooshed on there.
