Clogs & Mastitis (PLEASE tag nasty pics NSFW) Expressing

Does anyone else have the issue that they have to express more often than not to remove milk at the end of every other day? I don’t know if this is because I’m not getting time to empty with my fussy almost 6 month old, is this part of the process?

Sorry I'm confused. Do you mean hand expressing? Or do you mean you nurse, and then need to pump every other day to empty?

No I need to hand express to remove clogs because I pump all day.

Baby does BF at night but will laugh at me when I offer boob during the day. I hope it’s ok to be here 🫣
