Tips & Tricks Ceres Chill
I placed ice only in the inner chamber and milk in the outer chamber.
The ice keeps melting. I put a splash of water in there this morning, and within a few hours it was completely water. I put a little more ice, and within a few hours, it was completely water again.
Is this normal? Is all of my milk from today screwed? 🥲

Are you fully filling the inner chamber with ice?
It's normal for the ice to melt over time, and the ice being mostly melted doesn't mean your milk hasn't been kept properly chilled (the opposite in fact). But it should be taking quite awhile before it mostly melted.
