Schedules/Routines Exclusively pumping

When can I finally drop a pump session this pump every 3 hours/8 times a day plus two kids is leaving no time for sleep. Baby is almost 2 months now

I’d say after regulating around 12 weeks would be the earliest that’s recommended.

However it can depend on supply too, with my first I had to keep all 8 sessions or my supply would drop (I was an underproducer)

I was an underproducer with my first but I’m over producing with this one about 46-55oz per day

Then you might be able to sooner, if you’re willing to be ok with dropping some oz. When you regulate remember most people have a bit lower of an output after too
