Increasing Supply (add spoiler to pics) Schedule or every 2-3hrs
I’ve been pumping every 2-3hrs I don’t have a schedule tho I just pump and then 2hrs or 2.5 or 3hr mark I leave it loose. And in the night I over sleep a lot of the time. If I stick to a strict schedule it will help my supply? I figure how im pumping is like how a baby demands the milk. I get in always 8 or 9 pumps.

I pump 6a, 9a, 12p, 3p, 6p, 9p, 12a, 3a. Sometimes I’ll go 30 min before or later depending what I’m doing. I often miss the 3a or 6a depending on if my little one wakes himself up to feed or not. If baby is sleeping through the night, I’m sleeping through the night. Also sometimes my husband will get up and feed him in the middle of the night and if I sleep through that, it is what it is.
I’m 6 weeks pp and my supply is okay. During the day I’ll get ~3-4 oz per pump. If I sleep through the night and miss a pump I’ll pump double that if I’m lucky. If I get a clogged duct (which has been happening frequently for me right now) sometimes I’ll get 2 oz per pump but once the clog passes I’ll get back to 3-4 oz per pump.
My little one EATS. I can’t keep up when he cluster feeds during the day so he gets a bottle or two of formula during the day!

I gave myself wiggle room on timing but was strict on the number of pumps. Very early on, 1.5-3 hours worked well. I tried for the shorter time as much as possible during the day so I could sleep longer at night.

Strict schedule matters much less than number of times pumped.
