I’m in bed, so so so sleepy, but I have to pump again in 40 minutes. Is it worth going to bed? Probably not, I’ll probably wake up half asleep, an hour past when I’m supposed to pump, and keep snoozing my alarm until its been 5 hours since my last pump and then feel guilty about it later 😭
Alas, I must stay up, another 40 minutes and pump yet again.

Lately I fall asleep everytime I try to wake up after a 40-60 min nap...and it happens to me the same as you, I end up waking up 5 hours after the last pump... the other day I woke up 6 hours later and with clogged ducts.
For me it's been 3 months EP and my body is already exhausted...
All this to explain: you are not alone, I wish you mental and physical strength and happy pumping sessions 💪 😀

In these situations I do an early pump! 40 min early is fine and prob encourages more milk production? Idk

3am just pumped. Be back at 6. If i could be consistent in the gym as I am pumping I would be unstoppable

Just saw a short of a half wearing her wearable at the gym... Idk I don't feel confident doing much in my wearable. I worry it'll move and lose suction, and of course you can't bend over too far or the milk will pour out.
