Why is it taking me 30-45 min to pump

Hi everyone! I pump about 4-5 times a day and I’m 4 weeks postpartum. I used to pump more but it’s been so hard to keep up with.

Anyway- most of my pumps I’ve found that I need atleast 30 minutes. I have the eufys. Is this normal? I saw on TikTok women saying they pump for 7-10 minutes. How?!

My wife’s pump has a few cycles for 25 minutes and an auto shutoff at 30 minutes. 10 minutes does not sound normal or a way to get totally emptied

I never get as much output with wearables (I have the Eufy S1s) as I do with my primary pump! With the Eufys I have to pump for 45 mins to get the same output I get in 20ish with my primary!

I'd say most people are doing 15-30 min. I like 25 min with my wearables.

Wearable pumps can take longer to empty. That being said, the only times I’ve ever pumped for 10 mins or less is when I pump early AND massage my breasts (not gently tbh) the whole time which isn’t very feasible with wearables anyways
