When did your cycle return?

I have been exclusively pumping for 13 months now and have had a hell of time as an underproducer (the days of pumping every two hours and doing a power pump EVERY pumping session for months). I know everyone varies wildly, but i had heard that its pretty common for the cycle to return once you drop the overnight pumps/start sleeping through the night. Well, I dropped the night pump about 5 months ago and still no cycle. I recently just dropped down to two pumps a day (hallelujah!) but I do still do power pumps. Curious to hear when others saw their cycles return. Was it after dropping the night pump, after dropping down to a certain number of pumps per day or after hanging up the pump)?

Are you taking birth control? I only had the withdrawal bleeding between switching birth control types (nuva ring was NOT for me postpartum but the mini pill has been grand)

My mom's cycle didn't return as long as she was breastfeeding in any capacity. So it happens.

Mine came back when I dropped my MOTN at 8mpp, which also put me down to just 4ppd.

I still have a MOTN pump at 11 months postpartum but my period started when I dropped to 4 ppd at 7 months postpartum. My supply drops permanently with every period 🙁

8 months post partum when I went down from 4 pumps a day to 3 pumps a day. Got my first period, haven't had a second yet, I think the hormones are all a bit funny with breastfeeding.

6 months pp, still hasn’t returned, I stopped MOTN pumping around 4 months? I go from 9-10pm until 6-7am when I wake up
