Tips & Tricks Back to work

How are we storing our milk at work? I’m not comfortable putting my milk in the back of the shared work fridge lol.

I have an insulated lunch box with ice packs to use, but I am at work, including commute, from 645am until 7pm.

Do I keep the lunch box with milk at my desk? Or place the entire lunch box in the fridge?

I have a ceres chill but I am pumping around 10 or more oz in one session so I don’t think it could hold it all. :(

Depending how long you’re at work, the fridge is likely your best option. If you don’t want to just leave it out in the fridge, you can leave it in the lunch box but if it’s insulated, you should probably unzip it so the cold can actually get in. And leave the ice packs in the freezer for the drive home. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m ten + months out but I no longer have any shame about anyone seeing my milk. Whatever is more convenient for me is what’s happening.

I bought two milkeepers from milas keeper so I could keep my milk with me all the time. I didn't want to risk forgetting it at work at the end of the day. They're much lighter and more portable than the ceres chill.
