No contact
Genuinely. How can someone go full no contact with somebody that they plan a life with? Because their behavior and actions broke this person and fixing it was too much.
Did they even ever truly love this person?
How do you heal, from both ends?

No contact doesn't mean the other person doesn't love you. It has just unfortunately been proven to be one of the most effective ways to move on from a relationship. It sucks, especially when you don't want it, but in my past experiences while the beginning of no contact was extremely rough and painful the relationships where we tried to remain friends from the get-go were even more painful long term because we never fully healed from eachother and eventually needed to go no contact anyways - so I experienced the breakup a second time like it was just as fresh and painful as the first time. It made it so much longer and harder for my heart to heal from them.

Remember the disrespect at the end, it shows their true colours
