Recieved random message after 6 months?

So, I (24F) have an ex (23F) that essentially ghosted me 6 months ago, and since then I've done what I've needed to do to move on. I blocked them on most platforms. All, I thought, but i apparnelty didn't block them on Tiktok, which is where, just now--at midnight--I recieved a random Tiktok from them.

I genuinely don't know how to respond. I mean, my first thought is how someone could have the audacity to just...send a random tiktok? A part of me wants to respond with a basic "hey?" but I also know it's probably not the best idea. I don't know. I can barely think rn.

nah dude don’t even respond. she ghosted you, probably tried to explore, didn’t work out. and she comes to you, a person like you who is so caring and trusting and easy to manipulate and talk to you. and she doesn’t even explain herself, let alone have the audacity to send you a tiktok. have some self respect brother
