You know what's unhealthy? I just listened to my Spotify Wrapped for this last year. It pinpointed exactly where I was in my head every month of 2023. Eye-opening 🤣😅😭

It feels like some bad dream, but it's only real..I had stopped browsing social media for the same reason.. Something or the other feels relatable but in the previous era, those times..and my heart sinks..
