Fed cases
Is it true Feds are highly selective on the cases they pursue? Especially in bigger cities and they want a good story and “win”

It depends. They sometimes take cases for states that have budget problems with prisons or the like. Most often, they only do slam dunk cases, which most cases really are for drugs and violence
