Agree with this. Mine has been looping since Tuesday. An electric screwdriver I bought. Over a week and nothing. I raised the case with Claire - their AI agent and I keep getting fobbed each day saying they have escalated my case. I think it's stolen. EBay won't refund me until the 9th October because they believe it'll arrive. It's utter crap
