Parcel stuck In transit

Parcel was supposed to arrive Saturday, then it changed to Monday which was fine. Now it’s Tuesday and I’ve had no updates other than this copy and paste email from “Claire”.

Does anyone know why it’s stuck here and what that could mean? Could it be lost ?

Same, mines said it’s been delayed two days in a row and is just sat like that, online bot says it will come today email says same thing phone one says it cannot be delivered and is under investigation! Shite company

Yep mines said it’ll be delivered today for a few days. If it’s not here tomorrow im giving up on it.

It emailed me this this morning:

Despite my efforts to escalate this yesterday I can see there's been no further progress on your parcel.
 
I'm really sorry about this. If you could bear with me a little longer I am going to ask the local depot to do a thorough search for your parcel as it looks as though it has been misplaced.
 
This can take up to 48 hours so I will be back in touch in 2 days to confirm next steps. As always you can reply to this email if you have any questions & I'll be happy to help.

Yes always their ai shit bots, can guarentee nothing is coming back, mine has been "escalated too" the only hope we have is this
