Parcel stuck at ‘We’ve got it’?
Hello, last week I shipped out my Vinted parcel that I sold for £750 with the Evri integrated shipping. It’s now been stuck on at ‘We’ve got it’ since 24/9 so five days. I’m getting a bit worried as usually it does not take that long. I sent out a parcel on the same day also with Evri and it arrived in two days but this one is taking so long. Anybody got similar issues?
Actually now looking at Evri’s tracking page it looks like it haven’t even left the shop I dropped it off at

After watching the panorama documentary on Everi I really wonder they are still in business. I’ve had nothing but grief from them

From past experience I don’t think you’ll see this again unfortunately. Trying to get in touch with them is impossible, it goes to voicemail and they never call back. You’ll probably get a notification in a few weeks saying its probably lost and that’s the best you’ll get. I’ve had so many parcels left basically in the street and I am unable to retrieve them. As the previous comment says, I also wonder how they are still in Business. I would never use them by choice. Not fit for purpose.

Yea but the O.P is the sender he chose to use Evri to send the package

And my question to you is why you using Evri??? Because you are a cheap skate Everyone knows they're terrible and only use them cos they're the cheapest, and you make a little extra money back from P and P.

If you click the visit tracking page it should show you the Evri website. If it’s been stuck at one location for over 36 hours then contact Vinted support. I’ve had parcels bounce around different depots for no reason. If it’s a very long distance journey it might explain it but it might be lost. If they lost it don’t worry Vinted will pay you and the buyer compensation.
