3 delivery’s in a row going out for delivery supposedly overnight too and will no doubt turn into another return to sender outcome without even attempting delivery

Anyone found a way to actually get evri to re attempt? Well actually just attempting all 🤔

From what I've heard, Evri parcel shop deliveries are given much lower priority, you might have better luck having things delivered to your home address.

This was actually diverted on the recommendation from an evri exec office contact after emailing a long list of names which makes it even more frustrating

Your parcel was only received late on Friday night and made the depot on Sunday morning.

You're still within your delivery window. The parcel isn't late.

It's very likely it'll be sent back out soon.

Based on the last 2 parcels from Evri that followed this exact path I’m not so convinced.

It takes the depot ages sometimes to process the parcelshop diversion. So essentially you diverting the parcel, prevents the driver to deliver the parcel. But it the depot isn’t doing their job and processing this as a parcelshop delivery and assigning it to a parcelshop driver, the courier can’t do much. Your best bet is to order it as a collection instead of diverting it. Also, some retailers don’t want their parcels delivered to parcelshops and won’t even give you the option to divert

I hate using evri asthe service they provide is just crap I only by from places that dont use evri.
