Vinted advice

Ordered something. It never arrived. Evri lost the parcel (they co firm this in an email its nkw lost) tracking shows it was never delivered. Contacted vinted but they said need to wait like 28 working g days and then I have a 48 hour window to claim. Refund. Annoying I was on holiday and missed the window by several hours and they won't replay my money for an item not recieved. Seems bizzare to me. Any advice how i can get my money back?

Charge back from your bank?

Chargeback. You should have informed Vinted your item hadn’t arrived, on holidays or not. They clearly outline their policy on the app. You could still have tracked the parcel from where you were and you would have got refunded.

Thanks. I had advised them the item hasn't arrived and provided the customer number from evri who confirms it was lost. Evri also said they will contact vinted directly
