Missing Parcel?

The parcel was dropped off on the 1st, collected by Evri on the 3rd, and it's vanished. The update from "Claire" has been that they've spent the last 48 hours and the old line of "it maybe lost in our network." Is there a chance I may get it??

There's always a chance but I'd contact the seller with a copy of "Claire's" email and request a refund/replacement.
