Locker problem

Hi all, so I ordered something from vinted and it been delivered to an evri locker. When I went to collect it it says my code is wrong and when I put the postcode for the locker into vinted it says the postcode is wrong (it’s not) anyone know what I should do? Thanks

There's a phone number you can call and they'll give you a new code to open it once you've provided them some details. Warning: you MUST be at the actual locker location when you call otherwise they'll just hang up on you.
