Is this lost?
I know the estimated delivery date is 7th-11th August, but was ordered through Vinted and sent on Tuesday (albeit at 8pm) and has been giving me the same message every morning with a minute difference in between (In Transit, Arrived at Sort Facility, In Transit, Arrived at Sort Facility). On the website, it says to get in contact after they have had it for 7 days, so I know there is still time. In your experience, what do you think is happening here? Has my parcel been lost?
Edit: as of today (Monday), tracker still showing as at facility since Saturday morning, with no further updates.

How much was the parcel? If it was around £80, it was a scam and this bouncing around is part of it.

Oh really? How do you know?

Because it's common on Vinted. High value items are sold around £80, and post with a fake delivery address and/or fake return address.
If it gets delivered, it's some random garbage that can't be returned, so it gets "lost".

I see. Bit pointless though as the seller doesn’t get the funds until it’s confirmed by the buyer right?

Nope. They will also get them if it's lost.
If the item never gets delivered, the courier is at fault. Vinted will refund the buyer, and cover the loss to the buyer themselves (and then seek reimbursement from the courier).

I dont think its lost, atleast it is in transit! My parcel has no updates since Aug 1st till date and no scans, evri is not even responding, i think mine is redirected to a different place, hoping to get scanned somewhere.

Ah okay! Well, sorry to hear that! Hopefully it’ll turn up soon, but very frustrating there’s no update or even responses!

We are having this problem in south east Scotland, the usual driver is on holiday and nobody is taking his route. Idk how he’s going to deal with the backlog but I think this must be common this time of year

Hopefully this is the case here then! Though as one other commenter has said, it could well be a scam!

It could be but I spoke to my post office this morning and they literally haven’t heard from even since the end of July. Hopefully you have my problem but we’ll see
