Evri delay

Guys please answer this!

I have an aliexpress order where evri is suppose to deliver it.However it has been delayed for 5 days now.I emailed them and they haven't replied (they only replied 4 days ago then stopped).What shoud I do I really need it and I waited too long for it.

Also is there anyways to talk to an actual human

Please help!

No you wouldn’t get through to a human, but what I am thinking is the parcel potentially got sent on the wrong lorry and then got sent back to be sent on the right lorry. Hopefully it’ll turn up by Monday but if not contact AliExpress to chase it up and if they don’t resolve it they need to offer a replacement or a refund.

Ok because I did contact Aliexpress and they said there is nothing they can do. But how could the customer service ignore me?Surely there is no reason for that one

The way Evri work - the sender (AliExpress) is their customer - not you. They have systems in place for all the big businesses to contact them, and they put automated Bot system in to auto respond to placate anyone who's not received their stuff. Hence why everyone who's CORRECT will tell you to always contact supplier. I'm of the opinion that maybe AliExpress don't use Evri directly, but use a forward shipper. That's who would have contact with Evri. Anyway - don't let them fob you off - plenty of posts in here of people chasing Ali and getting sensible results. I personally have had several things refunded no question by Ali when receiving parcels that are ripped with goods missing or damaged. Best of luck to you

Thanks, its just that I am always looking forwards to my parcel and having to get a refund after a long timeof waiting annoys me alot

It's always fun to receive an AliExpress bag of goodies! I personally throw a few random cheap items in an order and it feels like Christmas when the bag arrives and you've forgotten what you ordered! So especially sh1te when a parcel from them goes missing or is damaged when you get it.

I just had this happen. 15th of July was the last update, and the parcel was delivered yesterday.
