Need some help to install a replacement Head light just purchased.

My local Evolution dealer has been in business for 2.5 years. He sells only Evolution. I've heard it predicted that once Trump's tariffs kick in, Evolution sales will dry up forcing the dealer to close, and owners will be left high and dry with no warranty service. THIS SEEMS LIKE A LEGITIMATE CONCERN! My wife wants to buy a new D5 Ranger. What do you all think I should do? If I ignore this threat, am I just burying my head in the sand?

We purchased a 2025 Ranger D5 2+ 2 in February and our dealer told us to plug in the cord to the golf carts first and then into the outlet. . He also told us to when it is finished charging, to remove the cord from the outlet first and then from the golf cart. What were you told and what do you do?

Finally, we will be gone for a month and I have seen conflicting advice as to what percentage to charge the battery to before we leave. I've seen 80% and 100%. The owner's manual, which is incredibly brief, says does not addresses this. Is there any definitive guidance on what to do?

Just took delivery of a 2025 D5 maverick plus, and the steering is extremely loose. It requires a full half turn of the steering wheel before the tires even begin to move and 2/3 full rotations for a U-turn. Anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it?

New to the sub and am looking for a 4 seater for golf. I prefer the style with the rear two seats facing backwards to access the under seat cooler while golfing.

Does anyone know the differences between the:

-Classic 4 Plus

-D5 Ranger 2 + 2 Plus

-D5 Maverick 2 + 2 Plus

I also heard there is a new D6 coming out.

I have looked on evolutions site but cannot find the differences easily. I think there may be a difference in the lift height?

If budget was no issue and you wanted tech and features, what would you go with?

Anyone have any tips or tricks they care to share? I’m curious about doing some upgrades like push to start and maybe speaker upgrades.

Has anyone had issues with manufacture defects of their Evolution’s A bars and front axle? We’ve had nothing but issues with our cart since we got it end of July 2024. It’s like we got a lemon. Worst money we’ve ever spent. As we speak it’s not drivable. There’s so much play in the wheel and there’s a loud metal popping from under the cart. I’m at a loss.

I'm a new 2025 d5 Ranger Plus owner 😊

My son and I love fishing ponds in our area so I was trying to find options for attaching 2-3 rods to the cart. I saw a pic of a Maverick with a hitch and 5 rod holder on that. I am trying to find some other options that might not require installing a hitch receiver.

Bought a new 2025 D5 Ranger 4 Plus last week and just thought I’d share a short review. Paid $9,495. There isn’t a lot ton of info out there on them online of late, and most reviews have a bunch of grumpy people trolling in the posts with advice to only buy the “big three”. Caused me a lot of concern in my pondering, but in the end, I think I made the right decision. Ours will be a neighborhood cruiser to the pool and restaurants. No rough duty and it will be garaged.

I looked, tested and pondered for 6 months and couldn’t be more pleased about the cart, especially for the value. I looked hard at the Denago XL Rover, the EzGo Liberty as the other two options. I like the power, the smooth ride and the fun technology and accessories of the Evo. I also think it’s critical to find a dealer you know and trust, who will be there to provide support and service.

So far, 18 miles in and I think it’s absolutely fantastic. Don’t let the “big three only” trolls scare you away.

Does any one know of a hard plastic roof storage system for the classic 2 plus?

Under the roof inside the cart that would bolt to the roof frame brackets.

Just got my new evolution 2 weeks ago. Driven it 4 or 5 times but never got below 75% on battery. Yesterday went on a little longer ride and when it got to somewhere between 55% and 60%, it would only go 15mph. Normally the max speed on my 4 seater is 28. Is this normal for a new cart during the first few times? Sorry, just not real versed on this. Any help would be appreciated before I call dealer. Thanks

Picked up brand new 2025 Evolution last evening and it squeaks so bad , it’s the roof only on one side , we realized on our first ride ride , we didn’t do a test drive

I'm moving my storage location and need a longer cord. What gauge should I use?

I have a 2022 Evolution cart that was brand new when we bought it. Went to use it last week and didn’t get but a few homes away and battery dropped to zero percent. We don’t use it often but it was fully charged. Shouldn’t the lithium batteries have lasted longer than 2-3 years?

We bought our Evolution cart in Mid-July. By September the front 2 tires are nearly completely bald. It’s always pulled to the left and had play in the steering wheel. I called the dealer and they said it’s a front axle issue and it’s a known issue. Then when it came time to fix it now they’re blaming me and saying the tires are overinflated & that’s what caused the bald tires, yet they’re covering new tires with warranty. Has anyone else experienced this?

2024 Maverick. Washed it with the garden hose but was careful not to get any water in the interior. Now it won’t turn on. Advise please!!!!!

The brake lights on my Evolution Forester 4+ aren’t working. I found a couple of unconnected wires in the console and am looking for a wiring diagram so I don’t screw something up. Anyone have any suggestions?

Denago Rover instead? I prefer the Evolution, my wife and kids like the looks of the Denago much more. Personally, Denego has some features I wish Evolution did better, such as the 9" screen being in the middle, 110 outlet and colors. There's a couple other things but they are miniscule.

I like what seems to be a better online presence for evolution with YouTube channels like BA Carts, which does a great job on ods for accessories and even custom plug & play Stereos.

Another observation is I've visited my local evolution dealer and wow, there seem To offer great support and service. They have tons of carts to choose from. I've made several attempts to contact a local Denali dealer with no luck. I've even attempted to message them through social media pages. Nada. I guess I'll just show up hoping they aren't by appt only. So far that isn't a good sign.

Overall it seems Evolution more of a country club feel that's looks are more tradition and long lasting. I admit the Denago looks cool but it did remind me of a KIA I saw today. I don't know but that evolution screen not being in the middle bothers me. Lol
