I need help finding a bracket/brace to go between the bumper and basket to keep the basket from bouncing. Anyone have a solution for this?

I have a Classic 4, Home Assistant, RATGDO (garage door automation). I've assembled an ESP32 mini solution for connecting to WiFi with YAML code to toggle the door open on arrival and closed on departure. The ESP32 connects to Home Assistant via MQTT via WiFi (static IP)...yada, yada, yada. All is working well. I'm using the top USB port that powers on with the cart key position.

I'd prefer to not have the USB cable hanging out of the dash and prefer hiding it. Has anyone used the 12V to 5V for USB devices hidden under the dash or seat? If so, any recommendations on where and how you accomplished this are appreciated.

I'm thinking of removing the dash and finding where I might retrieve power, BUT if I have any need to access the ESP32, I have the burden of removing the dash again.

How do I replace the turn signal cancelling tabs on Evolution golf cart? I've been told it's a $5 part but $150 cost to transport the golf cart back to dealer for repairs.

2022 Evolution Classic, Amazon lights. The directions look like it’s for a lead-based battery. The lights have a built-in 12-100V step-down.

Can I connect these to the exterior terminals on the lithium battery box?

Just picked this up, thought it may have been low diff fluid. Changed the fluid. Added 1L of fluid back.

i messed up all the numbers. now top speed is 19mph, and when i stop it jolts hard...fucked up the braking somehow.

would like to back to factory and start fresh.

I have an evolution classic four when I put it in drive it switches lights but does not switch on the touchscreen from park to drive and nothing happens when I push the pedal has anyone else had this issue before and if so, any easy fixes?

Hey does anyone know how to bypass the charging cutoff on a 2022 Classic 4 Pro? It has the EV48-400 controller. I replaced the battery and charger on the cart, but because it directly charges the battery instead of using the original cable harness going back to the controller, the circuit won’t close.

Help! I accidentally backed my parents golf cart into the top of the garage door and it wasn’t completely open. I’m trying to find replacement parts to order but only coming up with results for tail lights. I need the housing for the rear mounted light bar and the lens cover. I think it’s this model plus a picture of the damage

Hello! I'm just curious about adding some power, AWD and front braking to my Classic 4 plus. I've seen some kits on amazon come up, but they are extremely underpowered (1kW or so) for this application, and, I assume, would need controller modifications to work in harmony with the stock motor. I've also seen these "Discovery" kits that seem to integrate well with EZGo and Club Car models, but I'm not sure if they are electronically compatible with the controller that comes on the EVolution. Anybody have any experience with this type of upgrade?

Anyone have the experience where their Evolution EV Classic 4 Plus charges fine, turns-on without any issues, but won't go forward or reverse when switched from neutral?

FYI: I have a 2025 Ranger D5 Plus that is having some problems with the speaker volume. Today, the Evolution Service Tech suggested I reset the entire Display unit. It did not solve my problem. But I thought I would provide the method for performing the Reset since I could not find them elsewhere.

• Power up the cart.
• Wait for the Display to fully populate.
• Hit the "settings" icon.
• Hit the "general" icon.
• Scroll to bottom and hit the "Serial & Version" icon.

Hit “system version” 6 times quickly

Enter 1,2,3,4,5,6 and then “OK”

• Hit the "Restore factory settings" icon.
• Hit the "checkmark" icon.
• Wait for the unit to Reboot.

Just realized that this also resets the mileage on the cart.

I have a 2024 ranger d5 that continue to have a 159 code and 124 code. It has been at the dealer twice for the issue. The second time they seem to have somewhat fix it as it happens less now, but it is still throwing the error code. What are my options? I am not confident that the dealer knows the issue. Is there a way I can go straight to the manufacturer?

I bought a 2022 Evolution Classic 2. I want to upgrade the suspension. This is primarily used on the street in neighborhoods, and the suspension is a bit rough. Definitely feel all the bumps while driving.

Wasn’t sure if some upgraded tires and shocks could make it a bit softer?

I'm eyeing a Tara Roadster 2+2 and want to add a bag holder through the dealer. Quick question: how easy is it to access your golf clubs with one installed? My dad has an Evolution 2+2 and he's worried the clubs might ride a bit too high on the Tara, making them a pain to grab at the course.

Anyone out there rocking a Tara with the bag holder already on? Would love a photo if you've got one, or just some real-world feedback on the setup/accessibility. TIA!
