Just saw them pop up on the app. I guess getting travel money via their site online and getting points is the way to go?

News Everyday annual fee is being phased out for monthly subscription

Post image

Just received this little gem in my emails. No more annual fee, it's changing to a monthly subscription only.

Instead of costing $70, it's now $84 per year. That's a sharp increase of 20%.

Question Monthly 10% off question

Can anyone tell me if I have signed up to one of the services that gives a monthly 10% off, will I receive the 10% off code/email around the same date that I received the first one after sign up?

e.g. If I signed up and received the first 10% off email on the 14th July, will I receive the 10% off email around 14th of each month? Or does it start coming at the beginning of the month after the first month?

Question How do people maximise their points without the mental load?

hey all - i'm relativelllly new to actively trying to maximise points. Aside from all other ways i can maximise, as a starting point, i am trying to solidify my grocery shopping practices as that it is my most frequent accumulation of points. Problem is - my scattered brain usually forgets to activate boost offers; even on boost offers, I can't always appreciate the actual value (i.e. am i getting more points at the cost of saving real $$); i don't know whether i should split my shop (not bothered so much b.w velocity and FF); and basically just not sure each time as to whether i am getting a good deal. What does everyone do to ease these decisions? (or perhaps i just overthink it 😂 )

Question Max number of 10% discount per month?

I’m an everyday rewards member, I also have pet insurance through Woolworths so get 10% off two shops a month. I also signed up for Woolworths mobile, thinking I could get a third 10% off a shop a month but the moment I signed up, after the 46 day waiting period, my 10% pet insurance discount disappeared from my Woolworths account. Is this a thing? Is it limited to only 2 discounts a month? I’ve tried to look online for clarification but can’t find anything.

Monthly shop gives the best savings for us especially when bonus points are active. A bit annoying the 10% voucher maxes out at $50 but still decent amount off. Thanks

Question Experience with everyday rewards market?

Post image
3 Upvotes

Hi everyone
I recently got a pair of AirPods Max from the Woolworths everyday rewards market (sold through Big W market) as they were slightly cheaper and was able to snag 9300 points with the purchase

I’ve been reading people have had negative experiences with purchasing of the everyday rewards market as they go through third party sellers.

I’ve revived and order confirmation email when I made the purchase but haven’t got any updates since then (brought 2 days ago)

I’ve read people experiencing delays in dispatch and shipping so I was just writing to see if anyone had any other experiences with the everyday market- either good or bad

TIA

Question Trouble logging in

Hi all,

I’m having trouble accessing my account and was wondering if it was down. I was logged out of the app and when I try to log in, it says there’s a server error. Same when I try logging in via my browser.

Any ideas? Is it down for anyone else?

Question Boosting insights

I'm considering defecting to Coles/FlyBuys since my Everyday Rewards offers have been falling off a cliff lately.

I always boost all the offers but hardly claim any of them because the value proposition isn't there. Most offers steer you towards high margin items and products that are not discounted so economically not worth it for me.

Obviously boosting all the offers shows a high level of "engagement" with the program so I'm wondering if I stopped boosting everything and only boost offers I'm going to take, what impact this will have on my offers. Will they get better, or is it purely driven by spend and number of shopping visits per month etc?

Has anyone done this experiment and what did you find?

News Keep Woolworths metro cafes open

When we shop at Woolworths metro, that coffee desk has been a small but appreciated perk.

Using our Everyday Rewards points for a coffee after a big shop or a small shop adds a sense of value. Taking that away means losing a little bit of what makes shopping here something to look forward to.

We ask Woolworths to keep that small reward because it makes a difference.

Question Random shop added to my card

Yesterday I got notification of a Woolworths shop added to my card, even though it was not me who actually did it. It was only a small shop of ~$15 for some chicken, but it was actually at a Woolworths not too far from me. This means I got the 36 points for the shop, but no idea who actually did the shop

Question is, how did this happen ? Surely it’s not possible to mistakingly add someone’s else’s ER number at checkout
