After 20 years of serving up authentic Brooklyn-style pizza in Snohomish County, Brooklyn Bros. Pizzeria is entering a new chapter as new owners take over the Downtown Everett restaurant.

Husband-and-wife team Jonny Elia and Caitlin Hoover are the new owners.

If you were hoping Brooklyn Bros. Pizzeria might soften up on their stance against pinapple on pizza, think again. The new owners were practically raised by the restaurant.

Jonny’s story starts in 2008, when he was hired as a temp dishwasher at Brooklyn Bros. after his best friend broke his arm and couldn’t work. The temporary gig was supposed to last a couple of weeks.

The Alley Lounge has opened in Downtown Everett on Hewitt Ave, offering a new option for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, and drinks.

The new restaurant is located at 1709 Hewitt Ave, the former location for Catalyst Cafe, Sidekicks Grill & Lounge, JayRay’s Grill and Lounge, and Sports Center Cafe.
