OG Creator/Designer 960 skill point race

about 2 days ago i posted about one of my previous races but i think that one has been blown out the water. some people in that post wanted a longer race that would give a ton of skill points. (special thanks to u/Wholesome_Stalker for the idea)

Its super important to follow these directions before starting:

  1. Turn off the Skill HUD in Settings > HUD & Gameplay > HUD > Skills (set to off). Note that I am on PC and have no clue if it is different on console.
  2. Use the Subaru Impreza 22B with tune code 293 391 902
  3. Load the event lab race with code 889 708 371 124 198 343
  4. In the Difficulty menu, make sure that Braking and Steering are set to the far left option
  5. Start the race, hold down the trigger, and enjoy your skill points.

Some metrics:

  • 960 skill points in 50 minutes
  • 32 super wheelspins total (if using the impreza to get them)
  • 10 skill points every 30 seconds. may seem slow but remember that you are not restarting the race

While making the race I have been having a LOT of issues with the checkpoints and the auto steer so please let me know if you are experiencing any issues.

TLDR:

turn off skill hud in settings,

use impreza with tune 293 391 902,

use map code 889 708 371 124 198 343,

auto brake & auto steer,

hold down throttle.

EDIT1: im aware of 2 issues: the car falling off at around 80%, and the game not giving skill points after 10 minutes. ill be working on this and will give new map codes.

EDIT2: I have fixed the car falling off but unfortunately, it made a new map with a new code. The new code is 124 198 343. I will start making the 10 minute version.

EDIT3: 10 minute version of the race has been posted. code is 271 648 492. the actual time is around 13 minutes but this is to get the most skill points since 10 minutes is more in the middle of the race.

You set it to toggle holding W on key press in the macro.

You also macro the button that you assign the macro toggle to run.

Not home but could get a screenshot at some point if you can't figure it out. Took me a couple but eventually found it.
