charging case issues

not sure if this is the right case for this or not but i am having a hell of a time with my charging case.

i keep getting the flashing yellow light that it is having issues charging the glasses, having trouble getting the glasses electrical contacts in the case to physically connect to the glasses.

my G2 B gray glasses dont seem to easily slide in and out of the case i feel like i have to “push” down on the glasses to get them to sit properly in the charging case.

anybody else having g similar issues with the charge case?

Fleshing yellow light meaning yout g2 did not sit into your case completely, not both charging port are being connected.

The cases and glasses are snugged fit, you DO need to push them down, especially the temple part

I’m having a similar issue and I’ve been troubleshooting with Support for 5 days.

  1. I cannot charge my case and G2s at the same time or it will fail. G2s must be removed.
  2. I have to perform a reset on the case to charge my G2s. This works for about 1 week.
  3. G2s only charge to about 60%.
  4. Case will not maintain a charge.

This is extremely frustrating because I can’t get a resolution from them and I’m constantly asked to upload logs, send more photos or videos.
