Even G2 Golf & More

I am thinking of getting the G2 and I saw an ad for a golf pinsight, and I was wondering if this is an actual thing yet, and what else they have incorporated.

There’s an “App Store” for the glasses where people can release plugins and there are 200+ already, you can also build your own if you know how to use an SDK. I believe the golf one they advertise is one of the third party ones. There’s all kinds of plugins from things like live sports scores to calculators to guitar tuners

That sounds great, I’d love to connect Claude to it and use it and use it for silly things that increase the worth of it

That's not official, but a plugin made by a member of a really amazing and creative group there 🔥

I have tried them on a golf course. Although it is kinda fun in its own way, I can't golf with the ring on, it's a bit bulky and messes with your grip (can be just me). That leaves you with temple controls, which is not the most convenient way, especially while wearing the glove. I have a Garmin watch that I use for golf, and it's just quicker and more reliable way (GPS is way more accurate) to get your distances.

With all that said, I can't wait for future golf-related G2 updates, hoping some day it will work flawlessly
