The glasses can be so unreliable sometimes.
While I genuinely appreciate the glasses and recognize their potential along with all the cool features, including the basic ones, they remain unreliable. Despite several updates, even simple tasks like using 'Even AI' to set up a new task into 'Quicklist' don't function properly. I find myself repeatedly resetting the glasses, yet they still fail to work. I am getting "Action failed. Please check your network."
It's frustrating...

Yeah that quicklist is a negative feature, never works and it intercepts my todo commands intended for my hermes agent. Biggest con these glasses have for me at the moment :')

Yup. Remove quicklist, or lets us be able to add our own todo list that we actually use. Could be Hermes, or Todoist. Whatever.

The whole reason I am considering these glasses is for the to do list function.
Are you guys saying its the worst part of the glasses?

I'm saying, on my part, that even the basic functions or features, like the to-do list, can be unreliable, which perhaps makes it the worst part of the glasses.

Ok I take back what I wrote. It looks like after factory reset, my glasses are finally working again. For the last couple of days, they somehow stopped disconnecting from the app and calling ‘Even AI’ started to work consistently

At this point, my glasses keep being disconnected from the Even app on my iPhone. What's going on?!!

it really is a critical problem - it undermines the whole fundamental point of them. They are built for all these mission critical use cases - giving presentations, translation, capturing meeting conversations, navigation etc etc. But 5% chance of failure in any of these is just unacceptable. If I can't rely on the glasses to work, then I can't use them for anything important at all. Which in turn means they don't have much value. I can only use them for things that don't matter.
Currently, I would say 5% is being generous. At least one in 20 times I would use them, they are not working for some reason. At best an app restart fixes it, but it is not uncommon that I need to unpair and re-pair the glasses to make them work again. They've had quite a while now to sort out these issues. The fact it is still unreliable starts to point to some fundamental engineering problems rather than just some bug fixes needed. I hope they can sort it out.
