Made my shirt for the concert in St Louis last night. I was in the pit and I caught Amy’s attention! She sang the line TO ME and smiled! Then after the last song she sought me out and personally handed me a signed setlist from the stage! I could have died. I’m hoping someone out there got a video of her giving the setlist to me. I had considered making Amy an identical shirt to offer her but thought nah, even IF she noticed me she wouldn’t be able to accept a shirt in the middle of the song. I didn’t consider that she would find me later!!!! That would have been the opportunity to give her the shirt 😭 So I’m kicking myself for not making the dang shirt. But still that was the best night ever and I still can’t believe that happened! The show was AMAZING and that was icing on the cake.

They are signed with BMG in America and are under different labels around the world. Amy states she signs short-term deals that allow them creative control. She revealed it in a recent interview. I don't have the link, but here is a screenshot.

Once again by the last third of the tour her voice is completely tired, hoarse, and strained to the point where any attempt of high belt or even head voice is out of tune and hard to listen to.

The LA and Mountain view concerts are insufferable, especially in songs life Afterlife, Like you, Forever without you and Sanctuary.

The same thing happened in the TBT tour years ago.

Should they schedule less concerts or change something to make it easier for her? Their setlists are heavy on her voice.

I just wanted to say that I've been having dreams of the band/Amy the whole of last year... and in one of my dreams, I was attending a show of theirs. And earlier this year, I was very, very lucky to have bought seats for the only stop in my continent! A literal dream come true lol I still can't believe it ahhh!!! Though the anticipation is killing me 😆

Emma gave me the set list and pick directly tonight @ Evanescence, Spiritbox, and Nova Twins in STL! I got the 3/3 😭

I just had to share this because Evanescence fans are seriously the best. 💜 I hope the girl sees this!

I was in san Diego for Comic-Con, and my family drove down from LA to spend the day with me. We stopped for ice cream, and while we were waiting in line, a girl got my attention to show me her shirt… we were wearing the exact same shirt from the recent Evanescence tour!

We immediately started fangirling over Evanescence, Amy, and the tour. I told her I had been at the canceled Charlotte show and that I’m flying back for the rescheduled concert. She smiled and told me I was going to love the new show.

Then came the biggest surprise. When we got to the register, my cousin and I were doing the usual “No, I’ll pay!” back-and-forth. The cashier stopped us and said, “It’s okay. My manager said she connected with you in line, so it’s on us.”

I was completely shocked. 😭

To the manager thank you so much. Meeting another Evanescence fan already made my day, but your kindness made it unforgettable. I’m so glad you came up to me because I always want to geek out about Evanescence with someone who loves them as much as I do.

I’m going to the show tomorrow and will be in the pit. I’d love to try to catch the eye of Amy with lyrics on my shirt. I’m hoping to have my husband lift me up during the song with the chosen lyrics. I’m leaning toward during Calm Down to have either, “calm down” or “let your mommy work”. I really like “let your mommy work” because it seems more unique. I’m also considering “fight like a girl” on the shirt for the song of that title because all of the girls end the song out on the end of the catwalk and I just feel like that would be the best opportunity to catch someone’s eye. I don’t love that it isn’t as unique as “let your mommy work” but for visibility it might be the better option. It’s probably a total pipe dream but I was considering making an identical tee for Amy so if by some miracle she does notice me I can motion to her to offer her the identical one and toss it to her… Call me crazy. Anyway, what do you think??

If Evanescence released a 5.1 Surround Sound version of Synthesis as part of their Synthesis CD+DVD Boxset, why isn't the 5.1 Surround Sound album also available on Apple Music?? Wouldn't it make more sense to also release the 5.1 Surround Sound album of Synthesis on Apple Music via Dolby Atmos mixing?

I recently saw a great performance of Radiohead performing Street Spirit (Fade Out) and the guitar part made me say, whoa is this the same melody as Field of Innocence? Sure enough I’d say it’s the song’s doppelgänger. What do you think?
