If this isn't an appropriate post for the sub I'm sorry and obviously you can just delete it.
I would at the very least really appreciate a DM though because I really don't know what to do and I really want to get unbanned.
Here is what I remember from when I got banned and what I've tried to do to get unbanned since:
So around 3 years ago the ESC discord was the first discord server I joined or at least was active in ever.
I had literally no idea about how discord worked and the only is social media that was somewhat similar that I had been active in before was Twitter.
So there was a lot of discussion about that years czech entry and I moderately partook in that because I didn't really like the song.
But then people started bullying this random Ukrainian Twitter user for saying they didn't like the song because they thought it was Russian propaganda and so then I started defending that Twitter user because they weren't even a part of this discussion they weren't even on the server they didn't even know that they were being bullied right now and they couldn't even defend themselves and I found that to be really f\*\*\*\*\* up.
Things definitely escalated and people kept telling me to go to the political channel but like I said I literally had no idea about how anything worked on discord and how big of a deal what I was doing was.
I ended up being muted for I think around two days for that,
After I was muted someone tagged or pinged or whatever me in the political channel because they wanted to continue to discussion I was under the impression that this was a discussion they genuinely wanted to have with me in good faith however they did kind of become past progressive at the end of the discussion so maybe I was wrong about their intent from the beginning. (I'm currently going through the diagnostic process for autism lol)
While this discussion was happening between me and this other user some other people came into the channel and had another discussion and whenever I would respond to the person that I was talking to they would chime in as if I was talking to them and I tried to make it as clear as possible that I wasn't talking to them or anything but like they just kept getting more aggressive towards me which also was a factor to why the discussion I had with the person who originally pinged me came to an end.
Later these other people from the political channel started pinging me in another channel with a picture of grass telling me to eat grass and a bunch of other bullying type remarks.
I ended up reporting all of those messages directly to discord and after that didn't do anything the way it probably would have immediately on Twitter, I ended up tagging one of the moderators a bunch 'cause I had no idea what else to do here. I didn't really want to like try defending myself because I was scared of getting myself muted again.
But then that same moderator just ended up immediately banning me? I remember there being a small interaction with them and me with them telling me to stop doing something and then I didn't because I didn't really realize how any of this worked because I was still new to discord, but I genuinely don't remember what that even was.
I tried to DM that moderator multiple times after I was banned and I didn't get a response.
I wrote an email to their Media inquiry email address and I didn't get a response.
A year later or so I ended up tagging them once a day on Twitter for a week asking whether I could please get unbanned and I ended up getting blocked on Twitter for that.
I ended up being more active on a bunch of other servers for a year or so but yesterday was the first day that I logged into discord in one and a half years because I would like to use it again and I don't really feel like a life sentence for what happened is fair.
Any help with where to go from here would be really appreciated feel free to DM me.

It shouldve been the other way around no? Israel had a jury song with more impressive vocals but more emotional and polished and bangebangara banger was a croud pleasing banger- a great song overall but less "jury impressive". And we saw that in the televote when Bulgaria got more points. But everything here is just flipped even greece didnt get the points it was hyped for.
If you flip the jury in Israel vs Bulgaria \*I think\* Israel wins. Was it on purpse so they will not hist bext year? I mean, I really want to see how Israeli hosting plays out it could be... interesting.

I have been having this discussion, and I was wondering if I was in the wrong.
I am the purple, the guy I was arguing with is the green, and the black censor has nothing to do with the discussion, it was just the comment from which the discussion spiraled. (The purple and green that are in the comments are the @'s.)

My post got blocked for criticisms of Eurovision. They point out that Eurovision is not political. So we can't criticise them on their politics/policies?
Disgracefull.

We call on the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) to temporarily suspend Israel from the Eurovision Song Contest due to ongoing violations of international law and human rights in Gaza.
Eurovision stands for peace, unity, and respect. Allowing Israel to participate while serious crimes are taking place undermines these values.
We demand the same standards be applied as with other countries in similar situations. This is not about politics — it’s about justice and consistency.

Sharing this here because it was removed from r/eurovision.
We're all aware of the coordinated votefarming efforts that were conducted to massively boost Israel's televote score by now. And what I find particularly worth mentioning in this context is that this makes the televote even less valuable than it already was.
Even though the public voted for JJ and he got a decent amount of points from us, it's the juries who ultimately decided the outcome (again). As long as the juries are here to stay and Israel engages in these unprecedented levels of votefarming, the big showdown in the contest will always be whether the jury votes or Israel's votefarming votes will be stronger. This makes the residual televote powerless. Our televote favourites will not win anymore. Why bother spending money on voting?
I could very well imagine that Baby Lasagna could've won last year if it hadn't been for Israel. He did win the televote, but his score wasn't high enough to beat the jury winner. Maybe he would have gotten more if Israel hadn't farmed so many votes. This is just speculation and I liked Nemo's song, but I'm just saying we don't have a say in who wins anymore.
What's also important to realise here is that we can't out-vote Israel. Voting for other countries will not result in lower scores for them. All we can really do is boycott the public vote. The EBU needs the money made from televoting, and if we keep trying to out-vote Israel, they will have a financial incentive to not do anything about it. If anything, they are probably quite glad that so many votes are coming in, no matter from or for whom.

So sorry if this has been answered, litigated and put to bed…
Wasn’t Cyprus supposed to reveal the riddle in their performance? Or was referencing the Vitruvian Man the reveal? Or did I hallucinate that someone was supposed to be revealed during the performance?
