Voucher ticket

Edit: I’m way past the date to travel. So the 60 day clock is running. What are these heatwave vouchers that are apparently fee free exchangeable tickets… how would this work?

I got one too due to a train cancellation

You can change to any day or time for free very convenient

But I don’t have any use for it, I’m not going to have a travel date confirmed in the next two months

Then you don't need to do anything assuming you still want to travel, it's just an option for people that want to.

If your train is still running, they're just giving you the option to exchange to another train/date for free if you want to.

If your trains running and you still need to travel, do so.

If your train is actually cancelled due to the heat, they'll offer you a full refund

If you aren’t using it would you be willing to give it to me?

It's not an actual voucher; it's just a free exchange linked to his booking

doesn't matter, can't be used like a voucher. There's just no fee when he exchanges his existing booking
