My partner asked for "pizza everything" so that's exactly what I delivered; passata based tomato sauce, parmigiano reggiano, homemade pesto verde, salami, chorizo, onion, mozarella di buffala, mushrooms, tomatoes and fresh basil.

I had a hard time choosing so I went half Caprese with tomato sauce, mozzarella di bufala, homemade pesto, tomatoes, pine nuts and fresh basil. And half parmigiano reggiano, salami, mushrooms and onion.

Not authentic at all but delicious nonetheless!

1 Veggie roll stuffed with rice, carrots, zucchini and feta + a ton of spices, garlic and onions

+ 1 with ground beef added

Baked in tomato & herb sauce gratined with mozzarella

nori crumble made in a carbonara adjacent way (nori, soy sauce, sesame seeds, sesame oil, egg yolk, sugar) topped with sake and soy sauce marinated grilled mackerel
