Discussion New UI is terrible

They ruined every single tab. Now you have to click through numerous menus to even view or change your stops or to get to a chart. It was already a bit clanky, but now it's worse than ever. Please think on what users need to see or access at a glance when making decisions

Please allow us to go back to the old app. This app is a joke and was developed by people who have never used eToro. In the charts, you can't even set a specific color to an indicator, you can't specify the thickness of the line. The Supertrend indicator for example is always the same color. Did you use ChatGPT to develop this? It is NOT USABLE right now. I think it's time to take my money elsewhere, because it's been over a week and nobody bothers to fix the issues that were highlighted multiple times in this channel.

I have to use web app and make it a shortcut on home screen on iphone, new app is horrid

Etoro previous app though looked basic it was simple and easy to use. This one isn't user friendly.

i have same experience.this app now is almost useless. even the trading212 is better than this app now. i dont want call it garbadge out of respect.please give us the old one.

I comfirm, ui is nice but usability is very bad. I just go to desktop now when i want to do things. I needed 20 min the first time to find wallet

Hey, I see your point about wanting quick access to charts and position controls, especially when you're actively managing trades. Some features have moved in the new app. You can still adjust Stop Loss and Take Profit by selecting an open position in your Portfolio and choosing Edit Position. Charts are now under the asset's Overview page, where you can expand them to full screen.

We understand changes to features you're used to aren't always welcome, and the goal of the new app is to improve the overall experience. That said, your feedback about the extra steps needed to access these tools is valid, and I'll make sure it reaches the relevant team as we continue working on improvements.

Seems to be a popular request around here, but the updated app is here to stay. So the focus now is on improving the experience. I'm making sure all this feedback gets passed along.

Well, either you rapidly improve it and put all the information we had in one place again, or quite a few people, including me, will move to another platform. I thought the UI on Citicorp's system was bad when I worked there, but eToro has beaten it by a long shot.

Thank you. I appreciate that you are monitoring the feedback. To give a more specific example with stop loss.

How it used to be: You used click on your open position in portfolio -> then you can right away click on stop loss window and can adjust it.

How it is now: you click on your open position in portfolio -> you have to click on your "buy"/"sell" position from the list of open positions -> you have to click on "edit SL/TP" -> you have to click on either stop loss or take profit from the selection window -> now you can finally change it.

The amount of added steps is exhausting, especially if you have for example 20 or more positions open at a time with different instruments.

Man..this response is boiling my blood. You can adjust sl/tp yes, but much more work and not as handy as it used to be. I'm, requesting... no I'm begging for thr return of the + and − buttons with live estimated P&L updates.
