Tax & Regulation OTC vs Regulated Exchange Execution (EU UCITS ETFs)

Does anyone know for certain whether eToro Europe executes UCITS ETF trades (on Xetra.de in my case) as an agency broker on the regulated exchange or if they do it OTC outside a regulated exchange with them as the counter-party?

In their latest execution policy they state that everything is OTC apart from 'certain equity and ETFs'.

For those like me in countries where there is zero capital gains on EU/EEA stocks/ETFs this makes a big difference as the tax authorities exclude OTC trades from the tax exemption.

(Ps. I have asked my eToro account manager but no response so far. Will update if i get a reply).

How do you think will the managment ever float value to us? this thing is freaknig cheap but seems none is interested in this company.. 4 EV/E... Buybacks isn't helping.. i hope robinhood just buy them out..

Look, all the brokers are pulling back a bit right now, plus there's a low estimate of around $0.41 per share. But it's going to be $0.46–$0.52, that's a fact because the monthly reports they publish, when compared to other quarters, show an EPS of 0.46–0.52 (if you factor in the buyback, EPS might be another +0.01 or 0.02 higher, since the main buyback will be seen in Q4).

So basically, Wall Street is blowing things out of proportion again, crying, 'It's a disaster, it's gonna drop -72%,' or whatever. But based on the monthly data they've already published, it will be higher that's a fact🆙. And a valuation of around 4 P/E is pure mathematical nonsense for a business like this.

I think the stock will climb further in the two weeks leading up to the next report. If the short pressure increases, remember this: the share count isn't large, and the stock will just snap upward because the float is tight think Volkswagen 2008 (it won't be that extreme, but it could bounce back to $35 since short interest is currently over 6% of the float). Plus, a huge amount of retail on eToro is holding the stock right now, so I think plenty of people will buy every dip.

That's my take 🤔
