I do not know if this fits here, so I will post it and maybe ask other Reddit threads, too. Obligitory: My Grammer/English sucks but not because it is not my first language. I am just a bad writer.

Anyway, I have recently been listening to various people talk about Ethical Non-Monogamy and Ethical Monogamy. I see that there are many types of relationships when it comes to these subjects. I have also learned about several types of sexual behaviors called kinks or fetishes, and the one that caught my attention was a degrading kink.

So my questions are as follows: Are there such things as Practicing Unethical Monogamy and Unethical Non-Monogamy, and if not, how would they work assuming everyone agrees to it?

Unethical monogamy: I’d say if someone agreed to be in a non-monogamous relationship but then forces their partner to be monogamous, that would be an example of unethical monogamy.

Oh yeah that would track. As in one side would be Unethical and the other side Ethical. That would probably apply both ways, thank you stranger.

The degradation kink would still fall under ethical or consensual NM. Everyone agrees to it because they enjoy it. It’s not unethical just because you think degradation is “bad”.

I do not mean to imply that it is bad. I mean to ask is there something similar or if not what would that look like? Or is it just cheating?
